Refund & Return Policy

Refunds & Returns
If you need to return an item please contact us for approval. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty on teethers, headbands, beanies, swaddle blankets or snuggle nests which are non returnable for hygiene reasons. If you have an issue with your order please contact us at support@snuggle-blankets.com within 24 hours of placing your order or 7 days of receiving your order. 

Change Of Mind

A store credit will be offered for a change of mind. No refunds will be offered provided in these situations. Once a customer has accepted the resolution method, a change of mind will result in a store credit after the product is returned. We do not offer exchanges since shipping needs to be charged. In some cases, we may at our discretion offer a partial refund after a restocking fee. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

Incorrect Items Shipped or Faulty Items 
Requests for returns where the incorrect item or size/color was shipped must be made upon receipt of incorrect item within 7 days of receiving item. Replacement will be offered on all incorrect products with all tags packaging in tact and attached. Should a replacement not be available a full refundable will be offered. Shipping costs to return item to Snuggle Blankets will be reimbursed upon receipt of itemized receipt with return authorization number. A receipt should be sent to support@snuggle-blankets.com for the reimbursement. Eligible returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product(s).

Late or missing refunds  

If you were authorized a return and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to post.
